Honoring Our Foundation
This work is dedicated to my three children—JarVonna, Robyn, and Robert. Thank you for loving and believing in me. You gave me the courage to fight hard for purpose and to walk boldly in faith.

To my mother, Paulette Jones—thank you for being a woman of strength and for showing me what it means to depend on God no matter what. Your faith has been a guiding light in my life.
To my father, Ernest L. Jones—thank you for showing me what faith looks like, speaking things as though they have already existed, and for building a foundation of belief that continues to live on. Through the Ernest L. Jones Foundation you created, I still hear your voice speaking to me. Even though you are no longer here, I carry you in my heart every day.
